Miami congresswoman champions bill to protect victims of 'deepfake revenge porn'
Miami Congresswoman María Elvira Salazar has introduced the “No AI Fraud Act” to combat the misuse of artificial intelligence in creating non-consensual explicit content, commonly known as “deepfake revenge porn.” The proposed legislation aims to establish individual property rights over unique physical attributes, including voice, to protect individuals from unauthorized AI-generated depictions.
