MultiChoice Africa has teamed up with Ethiopia’s Ministry of Culture and Sport (MOCS) and the Ethiopian Intellectual Property Authority (EIPA) to combat piracy and bolster the nation’s creative industry. This collaboration led to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing intellectual property rights protection and fostering a sustainable environment for creators. The partnership seeks to preserve Ethiopia’s rich cultural heritage, promote growth, innovation, and attract foreign investment within the cultural sector.
