Pirate IPTV Operator Sentenced to Over 2 Years in Prison
Gary McNally, a 55-year-old from Birmingham, UK, has been sentenced to two years and nine months in prison for operating an illegal streaming service called Each Online. Between November 2017 and June 2020, McNally provided over 2,000 subscribers with unauthorized access to premium channels, including Sky Sports and Sky Movies. He used legitimate NOW TV accounts to source the content and paid more than £400 monthly for high-capacity broadband to facilitate the service. The case underscores the increasing crackdown on illegal IPTV operations in the UK.
