Revenge porn by... 14 year old victimizing a 12 year old!
A 14-year-old boy in Heraklion, Crete, has been charged with revenge porn. The incident was reported by a 12-year-old girl who had been in a relationship with the boy.
According to the victim, she had consented to being filmed by her boyfriend in late last month. However, she recently discovered that the video had been shared on social media without her permission. The girl informed her parents, who then filed a complaint with the Heraklion police.
While a formal investigation has been launched, the 14-year-old has not been arrested due to the expiration of the time limit for immediate arrest.
